Never had a problem! Even with the soccer tournament and all the team's staying there very quiet
Worst Hilton property I have ever used. On arrival, hair on wall in bathroom shower, no trash can liner. Obviously, not cleaned. Promised by staff to be taken care of. Returned late in evening and shower not cleaned. Had to get staff personally, the next day, to clean. Stayed one more night and left. Apathy and lied to, do not recommend this property.
We paid for 2 nights breakfast included. The refrigerator doesn't work. The sheets seemed to be soiled. Breakfast was horrible. The grits were burnt, the biscuits were hard and seemed like they had been microwaved. The French toast was soggy and sausage was cold. Seemed like the all the food was left over from the day prior. Funny, three tables around us were having issues and complaining about the poor quality of breakfast as well. Definitely not worth the 160.00 a night. Will see how tonight goes.
Clean hotel with friendly service. The rooms were a little dated but still nice. I would stay at this DoubleTree again.
We stayed at the double tree in rocky mt last Sunday November 12 . Everyone from the girl at the front desk, to the maintenance, to the the dining staff were so nice and accommodating. We would definitely come back!
