When I went in I was told they except my insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield, but I will have to pay the full amount up front and then they will refund me, So I paid for my sons visit $465 up front Blue Cross Blue Shield process to be paid $160, I want back today to get my refund which is $305 and they said that they don’t honor it , so at first you said you excepted it but then after response that you say you don’t honor it, just be aware when they tell you that they except insurance you have to be up in front and you’ll get a refund you will not get any refund back,
