Pleased with the flowers but not the service.
I ordered flowers online for my mother for Mother's Day. When the flowers I ordered weren't available, they called her instead of me to ask what replacement flowers they should send, causing the gift to no longer be a surprise. The day before they were to be delivered, they called and asked her when she will be at work so they would know what time to best deliver them. Again, causing the flowers to not be a surprise when they should have had my contact info to ask me, their customer, these questions. I wasn't actually upset though until I called to voice my concern and the manager was not understanding. She made the issue to be about the fact that the flowers I ordered aren't in season (but still available on their website?) and that any person who knows flowers should have known better. Well, I don't know flowers that's why I ordered them from a florist. All I wanted was a simple apology and acknowledgement that they dropped the ball on this order and instead all I received was sass. Not purchasing from them again.
