It's very quiet and organized . The staff is good also . It's very neat too. Overall a great experience and I will keep going everyday.

BEAUTIFUL, modern and well maintained facility with LOTS of great resources! Staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! This is a wonderful place to spend time enjoying books, magazines, newspapers, etc. The only downside is the people who have NO self awareness and TALK, play videos on their smart phones, especially in the Reading Room. Seems Reading Room implies quiet enjoyment by all patrons. Staff doesn't do anything about it, which should be corrected. Other than that - BML is a great public place in the City of Rocky Mount.
