Sometimes the service is good and other times it’s terrible. I order s pizza and some apple pies and it took 2 and a half hours for it to come. They gave it to me for free but the pizza was falling apart when I got it and the pies were busted and falling apart as well. This is the second time that I have gotten a pizza that was falling apart. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but it was too terrible.
Quick service, ok tasting pizza
Much like what the other reviewer said sometimes the service is good and other times not so much.
Carpets were dirty and sticky. Bathroom was dirty and needs work. I stick to carryout.
I called in an order,when I pulled up to the window, the young lady said..."last name", I responded saying, good evening, how are you, she said fine, last name. I sat there for a moment, to give her a moment to think about the proper way to greet a customer, she closed the window and looked at me like she was dazed. She opened the window, I gave her my last name, she gave me the price, I then gave her my coupon and money. She then gave me our food and change, then she closed the window. No thank you, enjoy your meal, have a great day....like who was your trainer and your manager! I WILL NOT eat here again. You are in customer service, then serve the customer and do it with dignity, integrity and compassion. You don't have to go home with the customer treat them kind and get them out of your way!
Plus in my personal opinion the pizza always seems so small especially the plates.
