Waitress approaches and says "Be right with U" Ten minutes go by... No one. Mind you there are only two tables sat in the entire bar that are actually eating.
10/10 Would eat again!
The service was excellent. The wait staff was very friendly. I went during lunch time and even though there was a crowd, my co-workers and I still got our meals in a timely manor. Great place to take kids for lunch, and a sweet spot for a romantic dinner for two.
The manager was walking around like a drill Sargent. It was very hard to enjoy my meal. The waiter didn't really know what she was doing I had to ask many times for salad and bread.
Do not waste your time here. The staff are incompetent.

Great server. Kitchen was slow but not too bad. Order wasn't close to what I ordered, bit,they tried. Ordered pasta with Italian sausage.....got the sausage on the side
This place sucks. Went there today and had a horrible experience. The waiter was very slow and kept getting our orders completely mixed up. Had to keep asking for refills, soup refills and asked him three times for a wine sample before he remembered to bring it out. It seems he had a bad day as he had a bit of an attitude whenever we had to keep asking him to bring things that would normally be standard. We didn't even receive spoons with our soup and waited over 5 minutes before he realized he forgot to include spoons. The soups were luke warm at best and we had to asks for waiters/waitresses for food/utensils and help because our waiter is no where to be found. To whomever reading this, please retrain your employee with the initials (D.L) because customer servicing is not a priority for him. Very disappointing but that's Rocky Mount for you.
There are the classic meals like chicken parm and spaghetti, but they also have dishes with a twist.
No apology. No " Can I get u two something to drink or put an appetizer order in for u?" Nothing. She hurried off.
Went in at 5. Place was pretty empty. Waited 10 minutes at hostess stand. No one there. Back of the house staff standing around talking. No one offered to seat is. Finally I asked to see a manager. She comes out with a bad attitude. I ask if we may sit in the bar at a booth that I can see is clean and available. She says" those tables are for the next guests". What? I am the next guest! I tell her we are the next guest and that I was the one who asked to see her. She leaves us standing there again to go find the hostess...
She comes back rushes us over to booth I asked for and says" my hostess disappeared"
