I called this place just to ask questions of their services. Literally 15 seconds into the call, the woman on the other end was being VERY rude, cutting me off half way through my sentences, had a terrible attitude. I was scared to ask anymore questions. even though I had only asked one and she cut me off without even hearing the whole question and started giving me an answer that had nothing to do with my question. had she listened, instead of cutting me off, she would be heard the question and probably been able to correctly answer. Instead she was rude and wouldn't listen, just cut me off. I will find another PT office to attend. I never want to go somewhere my business isn't welcome and I'm treated as if I don't matter as a person. If you're going to work in the public, at least be kind. If you don't like your job, go work where u don't have to be around the public or answer phones!
