Then over the next two months I heard from Goodenough maybe 3 times. I called and emailed multiple times with no response. I then emailed Nancy Liipfert to tell her about my disappointment with Goodenough. I am still waiting on my response from her...I wish I could rate them 0 stars on here...
I am very disappointed in the service from Nancy Liipfert Associates, especially agent Bruce Goodenough. I had my house listed with them for 3 months. After a couple of weeks I had an offer, which was good. After a couple of counter offers, it took Goodenough 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me after I called and emailed multiple times. He then told me the couple who made the offer decided on something else...I wonder why...
