Matt from this location was very rude and disrespectful... I had a reservation but I was 2 mins late to pick up the vehicle because I unfortunately went to the wrong location which was 5 miles up the road... I will not be renting any vehicles from this location ever again!!
Terrible customer service I recommend using the south Rocky Mount location they are more friendly
