I ordered a comforter from their location and waited about three weeks before I followed up with them. Nobody could find my order, so I had to continue to call back, day after day. Finally, they told me they never received my order. They did not offer to help, so instead I had to ask for their email so I could send them proof I purchased and PAID for it already. I played phone tag several times before I got a rude woman on the phone telling me, "there was nothing they could do." I have worked in customer service for over a decade and would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated. After talking to several different employees, I was finally able to get someone to look further into my issue.
