Customer service is very poor. Stood in a line 6 people deep at 1 pm on a Tuesday. Ridiculous. Ran in for one item stood in line and waited and waited. One person working but they have four registers.
Sales today were good but in my opinion JCP has lost touch with reality when it comes to pricing. The Seophora is the reason I shop there. Rarely go when Belk is less expensive.
Always having good sales and the ladies at the register are really friendly. I just think when they are gonna be extra busy they should have a few more employees out on the floor to help customers if needed. I did have a question but not one person available to help they all were on the register
I live 45 minutes from a JCPENNY. I got home to discover the sensor was still on the shoes I purchased. The cashier did not open the box to make sure the shoes were the same size or if there was a sensor on the item being purchased. I called to speak with a manager and that did not help. I have been inconvenienced by having to drive back to this store to get a sensor removed.
I had a very pleasant experience while at the store. Salesperson was very helpful.
