Staff was very polite and courteous. Dr. Kinard was very understanding to my needs and pain. He took time to explain what was causing my pain. He's very professional and shows much concern to the health and wellbeing of his patients. I'm very happy he's my Podiatrist.

I love, love, love everything about this office! It starts with the friendly reception you receive when you walk in, and encouraging quote on the counter, then continues with the office/nursing assistants, when they took me to the exam room, there was a wonderful aroma - Not what I expected in a podiatrist exam room! I didn't see a candle but the fragrance was delightful. And of course, the "Awesome Dr. Kinnard". He has a great table side manner! He explained everything wonderfully, and answered all the questions I had.
So heartwarming to know a business still exists that treats their patients with warmth, and respect. Dr. Kinnard is Blessed to have such a fine team, as they are blessed to have such an "Awesome Boss". Thank you for the great service today! Never in my life have I ever been to a scheduled appointment and had to wait an hour past the scheduled time to be seen. The visit there was also the first time very ever been a doctor's office and had to stand for twenty minutes because there are people everywhere (chairs, floor, even sitting on the trash can). The staff is not very professional either. If you call a patient the least you can do is stand there to acknowledge that you're the one that is asking for them. The level of rudeness is unimaginable. The doctor is amazing but his staff drops the ball considerably. I most definitely would never return unless this Dr received an entirely new staff.
Dominique was the first person I met when I walked in. She asked for my ID and insurance cards. She asked me to fill out my forms and return to her. As I sat filling out the forms, I observed and listen to how she and the staff were attending to other patients. I was moved by how they expressed compassion and personal concern when talking to them. They were very professional at all times. When I spoke to Dr Kinnard about how they treated me and the other patients, he was quite pleased. I highly recommend anyone who has foot and ankle problems to make an appointment to see them.
