I purchased 3 items from claire's for my granddaughter for Christmas when I got to the register I was told I could get 3 items for free. I got home and in the process of wrapping the gifts noticed that a 5 pack of fingernail polish had a bottle broken and was empty. I took this with receipt back the next day to switch it out and was told there was nothing they could do about it because it was one of my so called free items. First of all I got 6 items that were not 56.00 worth so nothing was free. Okay back to the point I took my receipt and went into the store the next day and was told that I could not exchange the item because it was one of my free items. I have never been given such poor customer service from anywhere. I will never shop with their company again. I wasted my time and gas to go back to the store expecting them to do the right thing and it was a total waste of my time and money.
I had asked to see if I could get a refund for a full amount on something that wasnt even on clearance. The lady told me I couldnt get a refund on Jeweling. By leaving this one star is because she couldn't even help me. She was too busy cleaning the store. She couldnt even give me a real reason why I couldnt get that refund. All I have heard was excuses!
