If I could give negative stars, I would. Trying to forward Insurance Docs to them for my daughter to get her license down there was ridiculous. I love how they started to receive my fax after I got them on the phone while I was faxing it for the 3rd time. Then apparently the insurance letter wasn't good enough, so I had to send the declaration page. Would've been nice to tell my daughter this info instead of leaving her in the waiting room. Instead it took someone in NH to get a person on the phone to get this info. And what really did it for me was the rude tones and comments. Very unprofessional!
I had a great experience there. I walked in, got my ticket, waited like 15 minutes and was seen right away. Everyone was pleasant and laughing. Not a bad way to spend a Friday morning :)
From experience my wait has always been longer than an hour no matter what time I go. I don't understand why you even have to pick a number when they screen who they want to call back! Not long ago I was the first one there and my number wasn't called until I inquired about how they were picking and choosing who they wanted to see. And of course there's always a problem. These people will lie, make you leave you and get things that are not required. The last time I went they tried to tell me I altered my OWN date???? It wasn't until I got on the phone to call Corp that they all of a sudden realized they were wrong and I still waited another hour. It's a shame you have to drive to another town to get good service.
I don't see why people give this place 1 star reviews. They go at rush hour and expect to get through within 15 minutes. I went on monday, when it's the most busy, and it only took half an hour to do what I needed to do. If you go first thing in the morning and after noon, you should be fine. The employees were helpful and friendly, and there wasn't much of a line.
The location is OK people just don't have no patients. Also some of y'all should work harder at getting your information instead y'all wanna get mad with them because y'all was unprepared get some common sense they do what they can you can't expect 100% when you only giving 10% work with them and maybe the process will go faster stop being assholes y'all need to get y'all lives and have plenty seats
