Horrible service. Staff are not trained, service is slower than the doctors office, would rather travel them come 2 miles here.
After giving all the information to the Social Security office that was given to me at the time that I left the company that I worked for with dates, the amount of severance and the length of severance, it was not enough. I feel that we are being harassed. They have proof of what type income I received, how much I received, and the timing. These people need better training especially with customer service.
