---Assistant Manager was very responsive to customer service incident; got the customer issue resolved quickly, and the customer left happy.
They have a good selection and reasonable prices
This visit I decided to ask a manager if I could take a lot of photos to post as part of my review, to help give everyone a quick glance as to what the store looked like, and general layout, and product selection that can be found. And I was denied by the general manager, also this manager would not provide me his name, nor give me the corporate contact number. As it was not posted visable anywhere I did take one photo because it shows alot about how the establishment is ran. But following the store manager's request. A layout of this store will not be included.

After I explained that I do a non-profit community project on google maps to help people get information about different places. My rating revolves on not on the fact that I was denied to take photos. But because the General manager was extremely rude and will no co-operate, or give me his name, or the corporate number.
I will never buy a hand gun from this place. Didn't like the way the associates acted toward me. Especially the manager that was called to unlock the gun cabinet.
What's can I say, it's Dunhams, seriously overpriced on everything, the gun policy is probably the most stupidest thing I've ever seen in my life. There's absolutely no reason that someone should have to have a ccw or purchase permit to even hold a handgun, for Gods sake, the trigger lock is on there and what if someone is interested in purchasing a handgun and just wants to see what they are about before they apply for a permit. I really don't have the slightest clue why I still walk into Dunhams anymore, it really don't matter if you go back to the gun department anyways because there's hardly ever anyone back there. I feel like maybe the Rocky Mt. location may just be a tax right off for the corporation.
