Dr. Zick is very nice and willing to spend time discussing issues that you're having with your dog. I had no problem with the service. I was a little peeved though because I tried to use a coupon that they had sent. Granted I forgot about it until right after the transaction was made, I didn't think it would be unreasonable for them to refund/recharge the bill with the coupon. They said I couldn't apply it and they'd put it on my account, but I probably will not use it anyway since I will likely not be here when my dog needs service again.

We had an excellent experience with Coats. While visiting family in Rocky Mount we took our Chloe for an injection she would've normally received at her regular veterinarian in Virginia. The staff at Coats was super accommodating. Highly recommend that staff as they were very caring for a new client and go above and beyond.
