Always fun to see people's pet which obviously enjoy coming to PetSmart. Friendly staff. Nice layout for the store.
I had a wonderful experience at Pet smart in Rocky Mount N C. Isaac helped me put dog food bags in my basket because I can't lift anything due to back and hip surgery. He is a very nice young man. He also helped me with engraving the dog tags I purchased. He's very patient. He also brought my purchases out to the car and put them in the truck for me.
My dog Katie's favorite store. Great selection of pet products. August 18 2017, great sale going on. Pet treats buy one, get one for 50% off. Very helpful staff. Sybill has great dog obedience classes.
They are the sweetest people. Really made my pet feel welcomed!
Store STUNK like poop and wet dogs. Different employees not congenial.
