I purchased a bunk bed from Badcock in Rocky Mount in 2009 and had it delivered. I received great customer service and the delivery guys were great. The bedroom set is still in use today is still in good condition. Last month I purchased a new bedroom set. I was in the store for about 20 mins and no one offered me assistance. Then came Daniel. He was very polite and helped me out. I just picked up my bedroom set today and the customer service was great. Daniel was there again and he went above and beyond to ensure my items were loaded securely. I was very satisfied with my experience today and look forward to purchasing from them again in the near future.
Poor customer service headboard came in damaged was told it would be another week would not give us a replacement or deliver living room set because they said the living room and bedroom had to be delivered at same time. Now sitting here on floor because old furniture was already thrown out I definitely would not recommend badcock to anybody
Very helpful. No pressure. They let you decide what you want and they help you get it. I recommend Bad cock.
Sorry place. Me and my grandson was in there for 20 minutes looking mainly at bunk beds, not the first person or sales person spoke or asked if they could assist. Walked right past the service desk, not one acknowledgement. I told my grandson that they are not worthy of my business. We went elsewhere and we were greeted with smile as soon as we walked in. One star at most.
