I purchased a $3500 living room set. When they delivered it it had a damaged area. I called the gentlemen knowing I had a warranty. I called the store manager to get another one it was within 24 hours of purchasing. The manager nearly cursed ne out for asking for getting my sofa repaired or another. Very sarcastic attitude. I started to report him to the Better Business Bureau and 5 on my side. He needs to learn how to talk to people. He needs to be happy it was me. I let it go . I regret I did he was nice to I kindly told him I had an issue. Wanted to purchase a bedroom set I went to Raleigh better hospitality.
