I purchased a 3 piece living room set from this company with next day delivery on Tuesday it's Friday and I only have received my recliner and sofa! I've been calling to see when the loveseat will be delivered & i have been told tomorrow everyday since Tuesday! When calling to express my concern I was told nothing can be done it's just out of stock horrible service I regret purchasing anything with Conns.

Ordered furniture for our son and our room. Ours came but communication was broken and had issues with some stuff but got resolved. Now we are waiting on my sons furniture which was supposed to be here tomorrow but now they don't know when it will be in. Been waiting almost 2 months and they are clueless.
We bought a refrigerator and stove around 2000.00. 12 months no interest and free delivery no problems. The appliances were delivered the next day. The delivery team was awesome.They called ahead as promised and did a great job. Sent off first payment today am planning to pay for it in 10 months by then it will be time for a new television. Thanks Conns for doing things the right way.
