Please,do not let anyone talk you into sending your Love one to this place.it's like a horrific Nursing home.I made complaints, but they always had a lame excuse. This place does not get no STAR I had to choose one Star to be able to rate it.My love one has Scratches and bruises from this place.. The Nurse claimed she didn't see them I wonder Why! Iam ,beyond mad !! I'mI know someone will read this and still take your love one there ,,howeve,r if you do PLEASE PLEASE place a hidden camera in the room. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

My grandmother was at Vident Hospital in Greenville NC when a representative from this facility came and convinced her this facility was her best shot at rehab. He promised three to six weeks of rehab at his facility with rehab five days a week 3 hours a day. My grandmother was so weak after major heart surgery she couldn't even sit herself up. My 84 year old grandmother went there - they did absolutely no rehab for three days (after putting a rush to get her there to start working with her) and then when they began rehab it was less then an hour a day and some days it consisted of nothing more then getting her into a chair where they left her for hours. Her medication was delayed for hours at a time despite promises they would bring her her pain meds at a certain times and on one visit I had to walk down to the nurses station after an hour had passed waiting for her pain medication and it still took another 30 min. The doctor would walk in say, "Hi, how are you today?" and then walk out. The nurses were not mean, but there was no compassion or effort to make the patients feel cared for. After promising three to six weeks of rehab a nurse came in and told her she was being released after 2 weeks because her 60 days of Medicade was done. The man who came to the hospital and promised her 3-6 weeks of rehab knew how many days she had been in the hospital and knew how many days coverage she had left but never told her that they would only care for her within her Medicade coverage - there was no offer for her to pay out of pocket, just notice of being discharged despite them not meeting any of the rehab goals they promised. I feel like a used car salesman sold us a lemon - but it isn't as simple as a bad car. These are people, human beings and they are not being cared for as such. This facility is more interested in keeping the beds full and bringing in the maximum profit at expense to its patients. Our family feels violated and deceived and we don't want anyone else to experience this.

Great Place with a great staff
