Received room due to room at Courtyard in Rocky Mount was not available as confirmed. The best thing about this hotel were the towels. Had a two bedroom/bathroom handicap suite. Neither bathrooms appeared to have been cleaned throughly. The breakfast is no longer cook to order making for an unappetizing buffet with unsupervised children. The staff stayed in a back room. Side door was left unlocked all night. Nowhere near other Residence Inn standards.
lamp trim coming off, tub was old looking, worst of all was AC unit in closet right next to the bed. Disappointing but ok. Breakfast was good.
Totally awesome service. Staff was very nice, went above and beyond in every way possible. Room was very nice:clean and comfortable. But it was the staff who made this stay on that my wife and I will remember always. Keep up the good work. We are totally satisfied!!!
I was looking for a nice and comfortable accommodation and chose Hampton Inn based on the reviews and don't regret it. Next time I'm in the area I'll be back there for sure. The breakfast offered a good selection, the bed was very comfortable. Since it's by a major road, you can hear some traffic noise but was not bad enough to wake up our toddler.
We had one of the last rooms and it was a dog room, we have a dog. It was not quite what I was use to but it was good for the night. We slept great. Breakfast was wonderful!
It was no where near as nice as the Residence in Orlando. They claim to have Queen size beds but no way are they queen sized, Front desk told us others have said same thing. Can you get a King size here, NO. We were asked over the reservation phone if we wanted one but when we got there they said NO King sized beds here.
