A little slow but might have been short staffed and it was a tad busy. Overall a good casual dining spot, good value for your money. Employees friendly.

Our food and waitress was awesome. My family and I had no reservation on a Saturday night and was seated in less than 10 minutes and yes it was packed. Management what ever you are doing continue it and build on what you have there because it's working. We come to this nice city to play baseball tournaments but Chili's is a go to spot now also. Again great job.

The worst chili’s I have ever visited. The staff is rude and service is slow. Even the hostess left a crowd of people waiting to be seated while she chatted with her friends. I hope management takes a look at their staff. The Greenville restaurant is wonderful.
I enjoy going to chili's. This past visit was not the best. The food is very good. This past visit we got our food after quite a while and also people who come in after us got food before us. Service was a little slow as well. Love going and will go again hopefully will be a better experience
