I walked the whole store looking for a bag of rock salt. Could have found it easier online
Friendly staff and great food. I lived in multiple areas of NC and gone to different Smithfields as a result, and I have to say this place is by far the best and I have yet to come across a rude staff member here.
Customer service staff could use some improvement. And better signs to help customers find items they need.
Food was really good. Service fast. Place was clean.

I ordered the shrimp and chicken platter...to my surprise I received fried chicken and popcorn shrimp! Where's the barbecue?! Completely lost me here. Hush puppies were good. But this isn't the meal I thought I would be having...they need to lose the barbecue in there name....
