Price wise, we got our moneys worth, but I wouldn't recommend to go out of your way. However, if you want something decent that isn't "fast food" I'd say check it out for yourself
The wife and I both ordered the BBQ platter; her with fries and mine with potato salad. The BBQ itself didn't seem to have a whole lot of flavor and was a little dry. The house BBQ sauce, while ok, didn't seem to help much.
Nothing fancy here. Was looking for some sort of local/regional BBQ off the interstate while traveling home to the Midwest. While I wouldn't say we were disappointed necessarily, we also weren't overly impressed
We had the lunch buffet, it was quick and easy, good food. And the manager was very attentive, refilled our water and gave us takeout cups. They were delightful.
Amazing great superb! This place had it going on. Food tasted great....excellent service and just the best sweet tea outside of some from my own kitchen. Highly recommend this place!
Last time I ordered, livers were cooked too long, grease used tasted old. The peach cobbler looked good but when I tried to eat it, tasted like pure grease. Just completely turned my taste from trying any more.
The Staff was sooooo excellent!! We arrived 30 minutes before they closed and wanted to eat in. The staff told us not to rush eating and enjoy our meal. They returned to the table often to check on us for refills, etc. The food was great and the service was excellent!!
